OBJECTIVE:
BeyondReach (BR) is a B2B technology company that specializes in delivering internet connectivity to hard-to-reach places across the U.S. They needed some new equipment stickers that they could place on installed hardware to let customers and technicians know who to contact if having connectivity issues.
PROCESS:
I identified a few important considerations:
Hardware and antennas can be exposed to all elements for any period of time, in any altitude and for several years, so the equipment stickers needed to be UV-coated and weather-resistant. I gathered samples from multiple brands to find the one the technician liked the best.
