OBJECTIVE:
ConstructEdge (CE), a B2B technology company, provides internet and other connectivity solutions to construction companies and their jobsites across North America. Marketing struggled with the sales team developing their own decks and providing incorrect/inconsistent information. We wanted the materials to have a consistent look, feel, and voice—so we needed to find a tool to help us work with the sales team.
PROCESS:
After some research, we picked and set up a tool, SlideCamp, which helped us create a large library of slides that the sales team could use to put together a custom presentation. SlideCamp used AI to help search for content in the uploaded templates, and allowed marketing to push updates out to existing decks (under the right conditions). That empowered us to better work with the sales team and trust in the presentations they were creating.
As we continued to build out the library, we were able to add pre-built decks for entire presentations, such as service reviews, product overviews, and project updates.
