Data Center Lead Generation Campaign

Digital Campaign | Emails | Lead Magnet

OBJECTIVE:

ConstructEdge (CE), a B2B technology company, provides internet and other connectivity solutions to construction companies and their jobsites across North America. In 2025, they set an ambitious goal to earn $6 million in revenue—double what they earned in 2024. Our newly-formed centralized CCR marketing team set out to generate new leads.

PROCESS:

Market research helped our team identify that data center construction, and internet connectivity during that construction, were trending topics in the industry. We interviewed our CE team extensively to develop the campaign content, including our lead magnet—a downloadable guide to data center jobsite connectivity.


To expand our campaign's reach, our team contracted with an industry data and marketing partner. They worked with us to develop a sponsored, gated article on their website. I assisted with reviewing the article's content for clarity and consistency, paying special attention to make sure that even though this was developed by an external partner, the language still aligned with our brand guidelines. This supports our brand's authority and reputation in the market.
